TLC Traffic Lane Cleaner is a 100% synthetic detergent which was developed to compliment the Low VOC requirement of today's environmental safety aware facilities. When used as directed, TLC will thoroughly, emulsify remove and suspend soil and grease from all types of carpeting (wool should be spot tested). TLC does not contain VOC producing solvents. Instructions: When prespotting stains use as is or dilute 1 part TLC up to 5 parts water depending on the stam. Then allow to soak for up to 10 minutes. When area prespraying, dilute 6 ozs per gallon and allow to soak into the carpet for 5 -10 minutes prior to the extraction process. For use as a bonnet Shampoo dilute TLC from 6 ozs to 8 oz/gal. depending on soil.
